    While we select hair for consistency, softness, and longevity, variations in tone, texture, and behavior may occur due to the natural origin of human hair.

    Proper aftercare and maintenance are required to preserve the integrity of the extensions.

  • Extensions can only be installed on healthy, suitable hair.

    Clients with significant breakage, excessive shedding, scalp irritation, or compromised hair integrity may be declined for installation to protect long-term hair health.

    Nichole Li Hair Extension reserves the right to refuse service if hair condition is deemed unsuitable.

  • No. To ensure quality control and consistency, all hair must be sourced directly through Nichole Li Hair Extension.

    We cannot guarantee performance or results using outside hair.

  • If concerns arise within 48 hours of installation, please notify us promptly.

    We will assess the issue and determine if an adjustment appointment is appropriate.

    Performance issues caused by improper aftercare, third-party alterations, or environmental exposure are not covered.

  • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance.

    Because travel dates are limited and reserved exclusively for each client, late cancellations (within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment) will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    Rescheduling is subject to availability within the current or upcoming travel window.

  • No-shows result in full forfeiture of the deposit.

    Future bookings may require full payment in advance.

    Travel appointments are reserved exclusively and preparation begins prior to your arrival. No-shows impact scheduling and operational costs.

  • Yes. All new clients are required to complete a virtual consultation prior to installation.

    This ensures the selected method, length, density, and color direction are appropriate for your natural hair and desired result.

    Appointments cannot be secured without completing the consultation process.

  • After your consultation, you will receive a customized service invoice outlining:

    • Your selected method
    • Hair investment
    • Deposit amount
    • Remaining balance

    Your appointment date is not secured until the deposit and hair invoice are paid in full.

    All invoices must be completed within 24 hours to reserve your selected travel date.
